We are a Non-Profit Organization 501(c)(3) looking to break the cycle of poverty bringing back hope, homes, financial and emotional stability, education and much more to the community. We will offer a Day Program where people will be able to get assistance with the following

⦁ Meal Distribution
⦁ Youth Program
⦁ Mental Health Treatment
⦁ GED/Trade School Placement
⦁ Budgeting/Financing/Credit Building
This Organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Upon the dissolution of this organization, assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a state or local government, for a public purpose.
